Are you interested in creating and navigating smart, information-rich document sets from converted Microsoft Office and CAD files? With Bluebeam Revu: Basic, you will learn how to annotate drawings with customizable markup and measurement tools and work on the same 2D and 3D PDFs with project partners in the office or in the field. The possibilities are endless.

This full-day training session will provide you with the knowledge and skills to create, edit, markup, and collaborate on AEC documents using Bluebeam Revu.

Recommended Computer Setup

You will need TWO screens for the training to be effective.

  • The first screen needs to be a Windows computer with Bluebeam Revu 21 installed.
  • The second screen is to display the Zoom meeting, this could be a second monitor, a larger tablet (9" +) or a smart phone displayed on to a TV.

 

Bluebeam Revu Requirements

You will need a fully functioning Windows version (Core or Complete, Basic is not recommended for this course) of the current version of Bluebeam Revu. The Mac version will not work. If you have an older version of Bluebeam Revu (2020 or older), you can download a trial and install it ‘side by side’ your existing install. This will allow you to continue to use your older version without losing your license and you can use the new version to follow along in the training.
