Building Code: National Fire Code Requirements for Buildings (2020)

Description

This half-day session will provide you with a basic understanding of the 2020 National Fire Code of Canada (NFC) requirements for fire department access to buildings, maintenance of fire protection systems and the storage and handling of dangerous goods in buildings.

NOTE: In anticipation of the pending adoption of the 2020 NBCC in Manitoba this training will be based on the 2020 code.  References will be made to the 2010 and 2015 NBCC to identify any differences and changes.  A brief overview of what's new in the 2020 NBCC will also be presented.
