Alain MacNair, GSC, CM-Lean, started his career in the construction industry over 15 years ago, during this time he successfully delivered several commercial, institutional, and multi-family residential projects as a Superintendent. Today at Bockstael Construction Alain leads the company’s Superintendents, Safety Team, and manages Craft Workers across the organization. As Construction Manager Alain’s focus is helping people reach their full potential through training and coaching. Alain is responsible for ensuring field operations staff deliver projects effectively while providing an exceptional client experience.
