Estimating for ICI Projects

Learn how to build accurate, complete estimates that help your company stay competitive — and profitable. This course walks through every part of the estimating process, from reviewing tender documents to submitting a bid and planning for project execution.

Whether you’re a general contractor or a subcontractor, you’ll work through practical modules that show how to build estimates with confidence. Each section includes real-world examples, hands-on exercises, and a focus on what happens when key steps are missed — like lost bids or unprofitable jobs.

Note: If you're unfamiliar with construction documents (drawings and specs), we recommend taking Understanding Construction Documents first.

Payment is non-refundable for cancellations made within two (2) full business days of the course start date and there will be no transfers to future course dates.
