Consultants - Your Role, Responsibilities and More!

What is the role of the consultant on a project?  Should the consultant be a party to the contract between the general contractor and owner?  Should the consultant have a separate contract and if so, what should it provide?  This session will discuss the legal ins and outs of working with consultants.  This session will also include a discussion of recent case law involving consultant liability.
