Kosta Vartsakis, Lawyer, Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP
Kosta’s practice is focused in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, with a primary emphasis on construction litigation and dispute resolution. Kosta has experience assisting clients with a variety of issues, including contractual disputes, faulty workmanship, negligence, builders’ liens, collections and delay claims.
In addition to Kosta’s construction-related practice, he also has experience in dealing with legal issues in a broad range of areas, including insurance, copyright, personal injury and employment law matters. Kosta was a summer student at Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP in 2016 and 2017 and returned as an articling student in 2018. Kosta joined the firm as an associate in 2019.
