Melanie Chatfield

Melanie Chatfield, P.Eng. is an Energy Analyst with the City of Winnipeg, where she works with Municipal Accommodations to identify opportunities to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions through operational improvements and capital investments.

A mechanical engineer with more than 15 years of experience in high-performance buildings, Melanie understands the importance of helping building owners, operations and maintenance staff, contractors and design consultants understand how energy-efficiency requirements translate into real-world building performance.

Her background also includes project management experience on a variety of construction and environmental projects, including work in the United Kingdom.
