FOUNDATION 34™: Strengths-Based Leadership Program
Description
Just like anything in construction, leadership isn’t a one-size fits all skillset. By learning where your natural talents and strengths lie, you will become a more confident leader, with the ability to communicate more effectively and build stronger teams.
Foundation 34™ will help turn you into a more effective leader by leveraging your own existing talents and strengths. This program is practical, immediately applicable and provides a unique approach for leaders in the construction industry. Foundation 34™ is a division of WH Strategic Drive (owned and operated by Wendy Hofford) which focuses on strengths-based development using the proven Gallup CliftonStrengths 34 talent themes as the basis for leaders to manage and lead themselves and others toward excellence.
This program is exclusive to the WCA – A completely unique and customized program for leaders in the construction industry. You will not find this opportunity anywhere else. The program includes three days of in-person training and three one-on-one coaching sessions with Wendy Hofford, a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths Coach.
Foundation 34TM is a three-part program. Each part will include a one-on-one coaching meeting with Wendy Hofford, a full-day workshop and a personalized report. Upon successful completion you will earn a Foundation 34™ Strengths-Based Leader Certificate.
