Jaime Mann, Econo Wall & Ceilings Ltd.
Jaime is the founder of The Amaryllis Project, a training, consulting and facilitation firm, specializing in leadership development, executive coaching and personal growth.
As a current partner in a commercial construction company, Jaime has hands-on experience and an in-depth understanding of the industry. She is currently the director of HR and manages all safety programming, and is especially interested in providing an engaging working environment where employees are appreciated and always encouraged to learn and grow.
Jaime graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Psychology Honours degree, and more recently has completed Certificates in both Applied Management and Human Resources Management. She is a certified coach (CPC), and is a practitioner of positive psychology through the Flourishing Center. Jaime is in the process of attaining her accreditation as a Skills for Success Workplace Practitioner©, as well as her Certified Relational Skills Trainer© through Workplace Education Manitoba.

- Jaime loves animals and is especially committed to winning over her bossy kitty, Missy Elliot.
- A pan of nachos must *always* be composed of 2 full and complete layers.
