Bluebeam Revu MAX AI

Stop Marking Up Drawings. Start Training Your Software to Work for You.

Description

Bluebeam Revu MAX AI is a next-generation course designed to help you apply Bluebeam’s emerging AI tools in real, day-to-day workflows. Built around estimating, coordination, and QA/QC tasks, the focus is on practical ways to move beyond manual markups and into more efficient, automated processes.

You’ll work with tools such as AI Review, AI Match, MagicWand automation, smart markup recognition, and dynamic quantity extraction — all with a focus on saving time, improving accuracy, and reducing risk across drawing sets.

The course also covers data security, Canadian considerations, and what to think about when introducing AI-enabled workflows into your organization.

Topics:

  • Automatically detecting drawing revisions using AI Match
  • Using AI Review to identify conflicts and missing information
  • Automating repetitive markups with MagicWand
  • Generating structured takeoff summaries quickly and consistently
  • Exporting clean, proposal-ready reports with minimal effort

This is practical, production-focused training designed for real projects, not theory.

Intended Audience

  • Estimators looking to speed up digital takeoffs
  • Project managers who want faster drawing review and reporting
  • Coordinators managing revisions and document control
  • Field leaders connecting office and site workflows
  • Construction professionals who have completed Revu Basics and Estimating Level 1

If you’re already using Revu and want to keep pace as AI becomes embedded in construction software, this course is a natural next step.
