Building a More Efficient Construction Office with Microsoft 365
Solve everyday workflow problems with the Microsoft 365 tools you already have.
Description
When project updates, documents and action items are scattered across email, spreadsheets and shared drives, things get missed and time gets wasted.
This practical, construction-focused workshop takes a problem-first approach to common office and project workflow challenges. You’ll look at everyday issues such as project communication, document management, task tracking, approvals and coordination, then explore how Microsoft 365 tools can help simplify the way the work gets done.
Using tools such as Teams, Planner, SharePoint, Forms and Copilot, you’ll see where each tool fits, how they can work together, and where automation and AI can reduce repetitive work and improve visibility across your organization — while helping you get more value from Microsoft 365 tools you may already be paying for.
