 This is a two-day in-class course, plus an optional online component to be completed after the classroom study. The online component will include some research, reading, and answering questions (7-8 hours). This optional component is a useful exercise to help you implement new strategies and systems into your business and receive one-on-one coaching from the instructor.

Ideal for key decision makers of all small-to-medium sized construction companies (recently formed or established) with a willingness to grow but just not sure how to get there, including general contractors, trade contractors and manufacturers.
