When it comes to the Building Code, cladding decisions directly influence fire safety, insulation requirements, and compliance. In this half-day session, you’ll review how the Manitoba Building Code addresses cladding materials, insulation types, and fire spread. You’ll also explore how spatial separation, building height, and non-combustible construction standards come into play, and work through real-world case studies of cladding fires.
